Job Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for tilt‑wall industrial projects
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and daily field operations
  • Enforce site safety programs and ensure OSHA and project compliance
  • Oversee concrete, tilt‑panel erection, and building enclosure activities
  • Maintain project schedules, look‑ahead planning, and manpower alignment
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and jurisdictional requirements
  • Communicate daily with project managers and report field progress
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation
  • Travel as required for project assignments

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of superintendent experience on industrial construction projects
  • Proven tilt‑wall construction experience required
  • Strong understanding of site logistics, sequencing, and industrial scheduling
  • Ability to lead multiple trade partners in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
