Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain adherence to all safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory management on-site.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel and subcontractors.
