Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
