Job Description

  • Manage On-Site Operations: Oversee daily construction activities at multiple project sites, ensuring projects run efficiently and according to plan.
  • Drive Project Progress: Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver Projects On-Time: Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion while meeting project specifications and client expectations.
  • Problem-Solve & Troubleshoot: Address any unexpected issues or delays on-site, implementing quick, effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Must have experience running projects from start to finish
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate and be organized
  • Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
  • Experience managing teams is a plus
  • Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
