Traveling Superintendent

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and records.
• Travel to various project sites as required.
