Job Description

Direct and manage daily construction activities on-site to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Supervise subcontractors and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and all stakeholders.
Perform regular site inspections to track progress and ensure top-quality workmanship.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges while meeting all project specifications.
Keep accurate records, documentation, and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Optimize the use of materials and resources for maximum efficiency.
Promote a professional, collaborative, and productive work environment for the entire team.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in commercial construction with a strong track record of managing multiple job sites.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and maintain client relationships.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards to ensure a safe work environment.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different project locations while maintaining efficiency.
Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management to keep projects on time and within budget.
