Job Description

  • Direct and manage daily construction activities on-site to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise subcontractors and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and all stakeholders.
  • Perform regular site inspections to track progress and ensure top-quality workmanship.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges while meeting all project specifications.
  • Keep accurate records, documentation, and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize the use of materials and resources for maximum efficiency.
