Traveling Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Coordinate and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and project updates as required.
• Manage materials and resources efficiently to minimize waste and delays.
