Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and inspectors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite at all times

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience delivering commercial, retail, light industrial, or healthcare projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively as projects require
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and reporting tools
  • OSHA certification preferred
