Job Description



  1. Cash Management and Forecasting: Oversee daily cash operations, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and cash positioning. Develop and maintain accurate cash forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity management. Identify opportunities to enhance cash flow efficiency and mitigate financial risks.


  2. Payroll and Treasury Functions: Coordinate and oversee payroll processing activities, including accurate and timely payroll disbursements, tax filings, and compliance with payroll regulations. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper alignment and accuracy in payroll-related transactions. Manage treasury functions such as cash disbursements, intercompany transfers, and bank account management.


  3. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and analyze treasury-related financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Monitor and reconcile payroll accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of payroll data. Maintain documentation and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.


  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to optimize cash management services and leverage available resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance operational efficiency.


  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within cash operations, payroll, and treasury functions. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to enhance treasury processes and systems. Leverage technology tools to automate and streamline treasury activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in public accounting or financial reporting driven role
  • Proficiency in payroll software and financial management systems.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with relevant payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
