It specializes in providing investment capital to mid-sized companies across a variety of industries.Job Description· Provide support in generating Payment Upload Files directly to the Treasury System· Act as the go-between for internal clients and online reporting as well as banking-related questions· Collaborate with banks on account services, fees, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting· Generate daily and monthly reports for Treasury Operations bank reports, statements, confirmations and treasury backups to Accounting and Audit Staff· Suggest improvements to existing processes· Assist the Treasury Manager with User Entitlements· Process Wire Payments for various internal and external company transactions· Initiate wire transfers and provide funding support for various intra company accounts· Perform FX Trades & Contract confirmations and settlement operations.· Collaborate closely with the Treasury Manager and Treasury Staff, and serve as backup when needed· Coordinate Letters of Credit and bank guarantee requirements.· Work on Special Projects for the Treasury Department as required.· Coordinate account openings, closings, and changes as necessary to support the company· Collaborate with the legal staff and bank personnel to execute bank documents/agreements· Maintain accurate and complete records in the master account databaseMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
