Treasury Analyst

· Provide support in generating Payment Upload Files directly to the Treasury System

· Act as the go-between for internal clients and online reporting as well as banking-related questions

· Collaborate with banks on account services, fees, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting

· Generate daily and monthly reports for Treasury Operations bank reports, statements, confirmations and treasury backups to Accounting and Audit Staff

· Suggest improvements to existing processes

· Assist the Treasury Manager with User Entitlements

· Process Wire Payments for various internal and external company transactions

· Initiate wire transfers and provide funding support for various intra company accounts

· Perform FX Trades & Contract confirmations and settlement operations.

· Collaborate closely with the Treasury Manager and Treasury Staff, and serve as backup when needed

· Coordinate Letters of Credit and bank guarantee requirements.

· Work on Special Projects for the Treasury Department as required.

· Coordinate account openings, closings, and changes as necessary to support the company

· Collaborate with the legal staff and bank personnel to execute bank documents/agreements

· Maintain accurate and complete records in the master account database
