Below is a short list of responsibilities.Underwrite potential development deals utilizing Excel models in Texas markets along with breakout markets across the US (including Tennessee, Colorado, Florida, and the Carolina's)Conduct market research and present investment strategy suggestions based on findings.Assist other team members as necessary, including the preparation of various adhoc analyses (Excel & Argus based)Miscellaneous projects with other departments and corporate team membersWork closely with VP of DevelopmentCo-ordinate external appraisals.
