Job Description

Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Demonstrate a strategic mindset and align sales activities with the company's overarching vision and business goals.

Effectively communicate company objectives and strategies to the sales team, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive integrated growth initiatives.

Sales Excellence:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that drives revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition.

Establish and manage ambitious sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with individual and company goals.

Oversee the sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, and converting them into profitable deals.

Team Management and Development:Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to sales team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Implement performance management systems to evaluate individual and team contributions, ensuring continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives, at all levels of the organization.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

Market Insights and Growth:Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure the company's sales approach remains competitive and innovative.

Collaborate with market research and intelligence teams to gather and interpret data that informs sales strategies and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years sales experience in IT/Telecom/AI industries with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the Transportation or Automotive after markets.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.

In-depth understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including key market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex sales strategies and proposals.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

Proven ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Fluent in English and Mandarin and able to be stationed in Shenzhen and travel frequently between China and the USA.
