Its operations trace back to the 19th century with involvement in international trade and finance.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the U.S. Tax Director include the following:Responsible for managing U.S. tax compliance and reporting for the U.S. branch and subsidiaries, including federal, state, and indirect taxesOversee the preparation and review of tax returns, supporting workpapers, and allocationsCoordinate with external advisors on compliance matters and ensure accurate, timely tax reporting in line with internal policies.Support tax provision calculations and deferred tax asset schedules, and assist in managing the effective tax rateHandle tax audits and inquiries, and contribute to tax planning initiatives.
