Job Description

Utility Construction - Assistant Project Manager - Manhattan

  • Anticipate and manage cost exposures; support budget goals.
  • Collaborate with the superintendent to oversee all site activities.
  • Manage and approve project purchases and ensure timely closeout.
  • Implement corporate and project-specific safety programs.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and mentor team members.
  • Analyze unit costs, change orders, and cost projections.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project master plan.
  • Understand subcontractor business needs and owner contract requirements.
  • Lead effective project meetings and maintain clear communication.
