You will oversee projects from planning through commissioning, managing budgets, schedules, field execution, and client communication. This role is ideal for a candidate with high-voltage project experience (69kV-345kV) and a proven record of success in EPC, EPCm, or direct utility project delivery.Job DescriptionLead T&D utility projects including:Substations: 69kV-345kVTransmission lines: 69kV-345kVDistribution networks: 12kV-69kVManage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryCoordinate with utilities, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project executionReview and approve engineering designs, drawings, and material submittalsOversee field construction, commissioning, and energization of T&D assetsEnsure compliance with NERC standards, utility regulations, and safety protocolsMonitor risk, change orders, and technical issues while keeping stakeholders informedProvide mentorship and guidance to engineers, field staff, and project teamsMaintain project documentation, reporting, and closeout packagesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
