Vice President, Corporate Finance, Investment Bank

• Prepare presentations on potential investment banking transactions
• Prepare financial analyses including comparable transaction analyses and trading comp analyses
• Create financial models including the creation of discounted cash flow models to assess the viability of the deals
• Prepare mandate letters, term sheets, KYC/AML supporting documents for review and approval by Compliance
