Job Description
The candidate will lead deal teams to execute various M&A advisory tasks. This role will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop and review detailed financial and valuation models as required
- Lead due diligence processes and assist in structuring strategic transactions across industry sectors
- Work closely with colleagues and guide junior analysts to provide advice to clients across a range of strategic issues
- Participate in the negotiations of complex strategic transactions
- Support the firm's Partners and Managing Directors with deal origination
- Prepare marketing materials (i.e. teaser, confidential information memorandum, and management presentation) to lead client discussions on a daily basis
- Generate new business development and potential opportunities
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to identify potential new businesses

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following experience and characteristics:
- At least 7 years of solid M&A advisory experience with a proven track record of M&A deal execution
- Proactive behavior and mindset; ability to work constructively within a team-based environment and willingness to take an integral in the firm's growth
- Excellent English and Vietnamese in both verbal and written communication; knowledge of any Asian language is an advantage
- Strong client management skill
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, a high level of personal integrity, organization skill, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Willing to travel
