As the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, you will manage multiple sites across New England and oversee the launch of additional site openings. Job Description

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing Lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement plans
  • Leading multiple sites across New England and traveling to the various locations
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production goals are met
  • Driving operational excellence and making improvements as needed
  • Overseeing supply chain and building relationships with suppliers
  • Management operating budgets
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service to capitalize in new programs
  • Full P&L responsibility

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field, MBA is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Experience working in highly regulated industrial manufacturing environments
  • Refined leadership skills
  • Multi-site leadership experience
  • Ability to travel to the multiple sites
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
