Job Description

  • This role will develop and execute global strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth
  • The VP will oversee product and brand marketing across retail, e-commerce, social media, and media outlets, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand identity
  • Oversee brand identity and product life cycles, using market research to guide innovation and messaging
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and innovative marketing environment across teams
  • Monitor trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns to engage customers and drive loyalty
  • Lead digital efforts, leveraging social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
  • Oversee marketing concepts and ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop marketing initiatives that drive revenue and meet metrics
  • Tailor marketing strategies to diverse global markets for international expansion
  • Manage brand presence at trade shows and foster external partnerships

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience as a senior marketing executive within the media, entertainment, or sports industries
  • Must have a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university. Advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong work ethic with desire and preference to work in-person as part of a cohesive, collaborative, high-energy, in-the-office work environment
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Excellent project management skills and client-centered orientation
