Job Description

  • Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the safety team and ensure a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate preventive measures.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to promote safety awareness among employees.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of safety incidents and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry safety regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
