Job Description

  • Provide executive leadership and mentorship to Project Executives and project teams.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of ongoing projects within DSA, Education, and Commercial sectors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive company growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Build and sustain client and stakeholder relationships throughout Southern California.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vice President should have:

  • Progressive experience in general contracting
  • Proven success delivering DSA, K-12, Higher Education, and Commercial Projects.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage large teams and complex budgets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative management style.
