Job Description

  • Develop and implement facility management strategies to maintain and improve property standards.
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and operational functions across all facilities.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for property management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless construction and renovation projects.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for facilities and maintenance teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities management team.
