Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Lead the budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts.
  • Be willing to get involved with Investor Relations matters, if needed.
  • Prepare and present financial reports that highlight key metrics, trends, and variances.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure financial considerations are integrated into planning.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • 7+ years of relevant Financial Services experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data
  • In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understanding of the industry landscape
