This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong underwriting or credit risk backgrounds to step into a client-facing role and help shape lending and financing solutions across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and other alternative managers.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Asset Manager and Fund Finance clients, supporting day-to-day relationship activity and long-term strategic growthPartner with senior RMs to develop client strategies, identify revenue opportunities, and deepen wallet shareLead credit analysis, deal structuring, and preparation of underwriting materials for subscription lines, NAV facilities, GP/Management Company loans, and other fund financing productsCoordinate with internal credit risk, legal, and operations teams to progress transactions from origination through approval and closingMonitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and ensure timely completion of renewals, amendments, and credit actionsSupport prospecting and business development activities through market research, pitch preparation, and product idea generationMaintain a strong understanding of the Asset Management and alternatives landscape, competitive dynamics, and evolving financing needs across FundsEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworksMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
