About Our Client

Our client is a global construction and design firm that's been around for almost 500 years. They're known for their cutting-edge technology, advanced materials, and innovative design. The VP of HR is part of the Senior Manager team and will have an influential voice with stakeholders. This person is expected to be on site at the Minneapolis office three times a week, and will travel about once a month.

Job Description

  • Set up strategy and organizational structure for 200 employees in North America
  • Lead a team across multiple states
  • Apply labor laws in various scenarios
  • Spearhead talent planning for all employees
  • Redefine the employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent
