• Monitor and analyze interest rate risk exposure within the banking book, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to optimize financial performance and mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare and present detailed risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Participate in risk-related projects and initiatives, providing subject matter expertise.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing risk management systems and tools.
