Which include consumer banking, credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, and wealth management.They have ambitious growth plans this year as a part of their long term strategy, so the need for a VP, Legal Entity Management is essential for the team.

Job Description

The VP, Legal Entity Management will be responsible for creating data rooms, which are created to show that the firm is capable of resolving it's self when a need should arise. This role provides a unique perspective into real life data requirements to facilitate a hypothetical sale of the firm during a resolution event. The VP, Legal Entity Management will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Tampa based lead, program manager, and project manager, to partner, plan, coordinate and execute the tracking of data collection
  • Ensure quality control for data and documents included the VDR (virtual data room)
  • Partner with the corporate M&A department on the requirements for the VDR
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators to show progress of collection efforts, dependencies and quality of other issues

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience within Financial Services
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Project Management experience, or experience working on complex projects a big plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and to work with geographically diverse resources
  • Ability to lead calls and meetings, occasionally at times conducive to Citi personnel in Asia and Europe
