Job Description

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for managing all marketing efforts including brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, PR, market research, social media / influencer marketing efforts.

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share
  • Lead development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Define and manage the brand identity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, operations)
  • Utilize data analytics and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and drive cont. improvement
  • Manage relations with external vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Identify and track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Marketing leader (at least 7+ years of experience)
  • Beauty, Health & Wellness, DTC background
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to leverage marketing analytics and metrics to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who is curious about science, health optimization, and driven by an ambitious challenge that can transform how humans experience aging
