VP NBFI - Credit Officer 1LOD

• Support senior coverage bankers in managing relationships across the NBFI segment, including fund managers, insurance entities, and alternative lenders
• Lead credit due diligence and transaction structuring for bilateral and syndicated lending, subscription facilities, NAV-based financing, and other fund-related products
• Prepare credit memos, client pitch materials, and internal approval documentation
• Coordinate with product partners across capital markets, treasury, and trade finance to deliver integrated solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting the NBFI space
• Ensure adherence to internal risk policies and regulatory requirements as part of the First Line of Defense
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining KYC and AML documentation
