VP, Operational Risk Management

• Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and programs.
• Oversee all aspects of operational risk management related to legal and compliance risks.
• Interact with stakeholders and facilitate implementation of risk frameworks.
• 2nd LOD Review and Challenge to the Legal division and Chief Controls Office
• RCSA, documentation of risk event, KRIs
• Support ORM QA (Quality Assurance) Program
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proactively identify and assess potential operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance with risk management strategies.
• Prepare reports and communicate risk management issues to senior management.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the operational risk management team.
