VP Privacy and Cybersecurity Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the legal team to provide legal advice to the client's US operations
• Draft and review complex privacy contract clauses with third party vendors, clients and internal business partners.
• Stay up to date on all privacy regulations, in both the US and EU, advising clients of any relevant changes
• Review business activities that collect, use, disclose, or dispose of data for compliance with law, policy, and best practices
• Develop training materials for internal clients
• Assist in handling responses to data breaches and cybersecurity incidents
