Job Description

Develop new products, line extensions and product reformulations that support the companies vision and strategy.
Stay up to speed on new product launches and emerging trends within the health and wellness industry
Work with the PD team to ensure that all SKUs are launched within a timely manner!
Create new products and reformulations that are on trend and science based. Maintain and manage those new products and product reformulation documentations across all categories.
Support development and adherence to budgets through pro-active identification and resolution of any resource or program issues.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science or related field preferred
8+ years of relevant experience of Product Development experience within the Health & Wellness, Nutraceutical, Cosmetic, or Food & Bev industry is a plus
Comfortable being hands-on in a start-up environment
Thorough understanding of FDA, Vitamin Supplements regulations is a plus!!
Must be willing to be in-office: this position is on-site 4 days a week!
