Strategy Formation and ImplementationContribute to shaping and implementing investment strategy for the Private Equity Technology portfolio to achieve targeted returns within set risk parameters.Support the team in leading all aspects of the PE Technology investment (origination, investment, rebalancing plans including monetization and re-investment) to meet sector-specific return goals.2. Investment ManagementDrive performance across the PE Technology portfolio globally to deliver expected returns.Lead the full deal process for Technology investments, including due diligence, negotiations, and transaction closure.Collaborate with heads of sector, geography, and asset classes to align on deal sourcing, structuring, rebalancing (e.g., monetization and reinvestment), and value creation strategies.Be accountable for the management and monitoring of investments under the PE Technology portfolio, which includes close oversight of the relevant investee companies' financial performance, strategy, business plans and talent / leadership related matters;Prepare periodic management reports and investment approval documentation.3. Research Track industry trends, market shifts, and regulatory developments that affect the portfolio; conduct research and participate in briefings or site visits to support investment decisions.Develop and lead research initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external experts to support strategic execution.Synthesize insights from multiple sources into views on industry direction and recommendation for the IC decisions.4. Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, and investment governance frameworks. Promote consistency, transparency, and risk awareness in all PE Technology portfolio activities.5. Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with board members and senior executives of the PE Technology portfolio companies.
