VP of Treasury

• Lead and manage the organization's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the capital structure and minimize financial risks.
• Oversee relationships with financial institutions, ensuring favorable terms and partnerships.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to align treasury goals with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate and manage investment opportunities to maximize returns while maintaining risk thresholds.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury activities to stakeholders.
