Job Description

  • Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement within the warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for system enhancements.
  • Develop and test WMS configurations to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on WMS processes and functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for system updates and changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure WMS aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in WMS technologies.
