Job Description

  • Prepare, format, and edit a wide range of legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court rules and firm standards.
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
  • Manage version control and maintain organized records in document management systems.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support case preparation and meet strict deadlines.
  • Convert, compare, and revise documents while ensuring proper formatting across multiple versions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide technical support with Microsoft Word and other document processing tools.
