Job Description

  • Manage workers' compensation claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review and analyze documentation related to claims, including medical records and incident reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, insurance providers, and legal representatives regarding claims.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Provide guidance on workers' compensation policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Monitor claims for potential issues and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on claims trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
