Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records related to workforce expenses, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation components.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of workforce-related financial data.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to forecast and budget workforce expenses, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.
  • Conduct regular analyses of workforce-related financial metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance tracking and operational efficiency, including process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to workforce finance and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce finance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and methodologies, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques; experience with financial systems/software preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving results and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.
