The Workplace Design & Innovation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, project management and change management of workplace standards across all divisions within the Group. The successful person will form part of the senior leadership team & will drive changes and updates in line with workplace design & employee value proposition innovations while ensuring solutions are rolled out within the greater group.
The Occupancy Manager will manage the delivery of integrated solutions to optimize workplace availability, in line with blocking and stacking strategies to improve modes of occupancy and utilization across SA and Rest of Africa Corporate Real Estate. Also responsible for managing the operational delivery of all Churn Management services via an outsourced supply chain to ensure delivery meets existing service levels. Develop in-house design capability to concept design stage including 3D design and renderings. Develop a team to manage design changes to commercial and retail portfolio.

The succesful candidate will be degree or diploma qualified in a relevant discipline. They will come from a highly complex corporate environment with large stakeholder engagements and responsibilities. Post graduate qualifications will be highly beneficial.
The ideal person will have at least 7 years' experience with a proven track record indriving innovative corporate real estate solutions and optimization initiatives across South Africa and Africa.
