They are deeply committed to education, offering engaging and inclusive learning experiences within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionServe as the primary administrative support to the Senior Director of Youth and Family Education and the Director of the Religious School.Coordinate and manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications for department leadership.Oversee program registration, including maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.Manage class rosters, attendance, and payroll submissions for part-time staff.Provide logistical support for events, trips, and family programming.Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.Collaborate with team members to support programs for children and families.Answer phones during school hours and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Tuesday: 10 AM-5 PM; Wednesday-Thursday: 10 AM-7 PM; Friday: 10:30 AM-4:30 PM.
