Job Description

  • Serve as the primary administrative support to the Senior Director of Youth and Family Education and the Director of the Religious School.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications for department leadership.
  • Oversee program registration, including maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Manage class rosters, attendance, and payroll submissions for part-time staff.
  • Provide logistical support for events, trips, and family programming.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to support programs for children and families.
  • Answer phones during school hours and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.



Must be able to work the following schedule:

  • Monday-Tuesday: 10 AM-5 PM; Wednesday-Thursday: 10 AM-7 PM; Friday: 10:30 AM-4:30 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
  • Summer Hours: Monday-Friday: 9 AM-5:30 PM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience with data entry and record management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a team-oriented setting.
