The Zoho Implementation Analyst will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Zoho applications to meet business needs. This temporary role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in business services and technology.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Zoho application implementation.
  • Customize and configure Zoho applications, including CRM and other business tools, to align with organizational workflows.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Zoho applications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Work closely with the technology department to integrate Zoho with existing systems.
  • Stay updated on Zoho product updates and best practices to enhance system utilization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Zoho Implementation Analyst should have:

  • Experience configuring and implementing Zoho applications, particularly Zoho CRM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with system integration and workflow automation within business services.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide training.
  • Proficiency in documenting system processes and creating user manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
