The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the management and administration of all HR functions for legal and non-legal staff in all four offices, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. This role reports to the COO and will work closely with senior leadership to plan, implement and manage HR programs and policies.
