Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project schedules and maintain production goals
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
  • Lead site meetings and provide progress updates to project teams
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with QSR, convenience store, gas station, or restaurant projects
  • Ground-up and renovation construction experience
  • Ability to travel extensively nationwide
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
