As their Atlanta team continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior construction projects to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial interior construction projects from award to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Lead subcontractor coordination and project team communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants
  • Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering corporate interiors, tenant improvements, workplace, or other interior fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
