Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate activities among multiple prime contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage sequencing, site logistics, conflict resolution, and schedule integration.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across all prime contractors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong Procore experience.
  • Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
