• Manage on-site construction activities for luxury multifamily projects in Allston, MA.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Oversee quality control processes to maintain high construction standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site meetings to address project progress and resolve challenges.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory to maintain project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Support the project team in achieving successful project completion.
