Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Assist in resolving any on-site construction issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate progress updates and challenges to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of project schedules and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities and progress.

  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
