Accounts Recievable Manager

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Big Box clients
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounts receivable systems and tools.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the accounting and finance department.
• Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
