Job Description

The Office Administrator will:

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation for the construction department.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize project files.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with administrative support in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with construction or property industry practices is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
