The company is currently transitioning from research and engineering development into commercialization and is seeking experienced leaders to help build the systems, processes, and organizational capabilities necessary for long-term growth.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Establish and maintain the organization's nuclear quality assurance program, policies, procedures, and governance structure.Develop and implement quality systems aligned with NRC requirements, ASME NQA-1 standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.Lead quality initiatives supporting engineering design control, software quality assurance, document control, configuration management, and records management.Establish supplier quality, procurement quality, audit, surveillance, and supplier qualification programs.Develop corrective action, nonconformance, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement processes.Build the quality framework required to support future manufacturing and regulated production operations.Serve as the primary interface for quality-related customer, regulatory, and third-party audit activities.Recruit, develop, and lead the Quality organization as the business scales.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
